Convicted Indian serial killer is only 8 years old.

His name is Amarjeet Sada and he is accused of killing at least three babies, including his sister (only 8 months old) and a cousin sister.
 According to the Police the killer strangled and smashed their heads with bricks. He then attempted to hide the two bodies.
